Bio:
Rafal Bogacz obtained his undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland. He did his PhD at University of Bristol in UK under join supervision of Prof. Malcolm Brown, FRS, from the Department of Anatomy and Prof. Christophe Giraud-Carrier from the Department of Computer Science. Then he did a postdoc at Princeton University in USA working with Prof. Jonathan Cohen from Department of Psychology and Prof. Phil Holmes from Department of Applied Mathematics. Now he is back in Bristol, as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science. His research focuses on computational models of decision making in the mammalian brain.
